Custom Printing & Artwork Authorization Policy

Welcome to Print In Ahmedabad.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding custom designs, logos, trademarks, artwork, and printed materials.

1. Customer Responsibility for Artwork

The customer confirms that they own, have created, or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorizations for any logo, design, image, text, trademark, brand name, artwork, or content submitted for printing.

By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for the submitted content and any legal consequences arising from its use.

2. Logos, Trademarks & Copyrighted Material

Print In Ahmedabad does not claim ownership of any customer-submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material.

Customers must ensure that they have proper authorization before requesting printing of:

·         Company logos

·         Government department logos

·         Police, military, or security force insignias

·         Media organization logos

·         School, college, or university branding

·         Sports team logos

·         Celebrity images

·         Copyrighted artwork

·         Registered trademarks

·         Any other protected intellectual property

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Verification & Authorization Requests

Print In Ahmedabad reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any order containing organizational, corporate, government, media, institutional, or trademark-protected branding.

Verification may include:

·         Official ID card

·         Official email confirmation

·         Authorization letter

·         Purchase Order (PO)

·         Company letterhead approval

·         Any other reasonable proof of authorization

Print In Ahmedabad may refuse to process any order if the customer fails to provide satisfactory proof of authorization, ownership, or permission to use the submitted artwork.

4. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Print In Ahmedabad reserves the right to refuse, hold, suspend, or cancel any order that appears to involve:

·         Unauthorized logo usage

·         Trademark infringement

·         Copyright violations

·         Misrepresentation of any individual or organization

·         Fraudulent activity

·         False identity or fake company information

·         Illegal, offensive, hateful, defamatory, or misleading content

·         Content that may violate applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to request verification at any stage before production begins.

5. Refunds for Verification-Related Cancellations

If an order is cancelled due to failure to provide required authorization, verification, ownership proof, or other requested documentation, any applicable refund may be processed after deduction of design charges, payment gateway fees, administrative costs, or other expenses already incurred by Print In Ahmedabad.

6. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Print In Ahmedabad, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, or actions arising from:

·         Customer-submitted artwork

·         Copyright infringement claims

·         Trademark disputes

·         Unauthorized use of logos or branding

·         Any violation of intellectual property rights

7. Production Approval

Production may begin only after:

·         Design approval

·         Payment confirmation

·         Completion of any required verification process

Once production has started, modifications, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Print In Ahmedabad acts solely as a printing service provider.

We do not independently verify ownership or authorization for every submitted design, logo, trademark, image, or artwork. The customer remains solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is legally authorized for reproduction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print In Ahmedabad shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, legal actions, or expenses arising from customer-submitted content.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By uploading artwork, approving designs, making payment, or placing an order, the customer confirms that:

They own or have legal authorization to use all submitted content.
The submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
All information provided during the ordering process is accurate and truthful.
They accept full responsibility for the submitted artwork and printing request.
By proceeding with an order, the customer agrees to all terms contained in this policy.
